In preparation for 3R Training Academy, we will work with you to target an initial customer list, which will be automatically uploaded into your CRM ready for your launch.
As part of Launch Pad you will join our on-site 3R Training Academy, where will educate you on best practice approach to launching and operating your recruitment business. Theory will be combined with practical application for a quick start, helping you to achieve faster returns.
The on-site training academy comprises 8 days of training in our ‘state of the art offices’ in the heart of the City of London.
After this you will be enrolled on follow up training through instructor facilitated webinars. The on-going training is structured and designed to give you a continuous refresher of the initial induction and also provide you with the training you need according to where you should be in the recruitment life-cycle.
The subscription package you sign up to will determine the level of training you receive, however, Launchpad will provide training that is sufficient to launch and start operating your business.
